Access Audits

Since October 2004, employers and service providers have been required to ensure reasonable endeavour has been taken to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA).

Providers of services to the public have a statutory duty to make reasonable adjustments to the physical features of their premises to overcome physical barriers to access for all.
