We were requested to adapt and alter a two-storey end-terrace dwelling to meet the needs of a person with disabilities. We prepared design schemes, full drawings for both Planning and building control submissions, obtaining statutory approvals, tender documentation, contract administration and project management services including structural and M&E services.
