(Conservation Area) We provided full design, Contract Administration and Project Management of the refurbishment of both the exterior and interior of this two-storey period office building. Our services involved liaison with the client, designing internal layouts to meet their needs, preparing drawings, plans for both Planning and Building Control, preparation of schedules of works on site, interim and final accounts. Pre and post contract meetings, site meeting liaison between client, design team and contractors, CDM services.
